To pay in full for a shared double occupancy, your payment of $6,200 per occupant is due at registration checkout now. To pay in full for a single private room, your payment of $7,200 is due at registration checkout now.
Payment by Installment:
If you are paying by installments your non-refundable booking deposit of $2000 is due now at registration checkout. The first installment payment will be automatically charged to your payment method on March 8, 2027 to the payment method, in the amount of $2100 (double room) or $2600 (single room). The second payment will be automatically charged to your payment method on June 8, 2027, in the amount of $2100 (double room) or $2600 (single room). All participants must pay their balance in full by June 8, 2027. Payments will be made by your payment method on file on our website.
Note: due to retreat planning and logistics ALL DEPOSITS AND INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes all funds paid, including the deposit and balance installments.
The retreat price includes everything described in the retreat package. Lodging, meals listed, activities, transportation, and participation in the retreat.
