Meet the Co-Founders
Hi, we’re Mati & Faith!
Friends, co-teachers, authors, retreat leaders, art collaborators and painters. We each have over 20 years of personal painting experience, along with years of working in the art worlds of New York City and San Francisco. We draw from these experiences as we create our popular online classes and retreats. We offer art retreats for women in some of the most beautiful & inspiring places in the world.
Together we share a love of inspiring women to explore their creative dreams through making art. Our co-authored book Painting the Sacred Within has become a beloved resource of inspiration for woman world wide as they explore their creative and art making dreams. Painting the Sacred Within is a gathering of all of my favorite layered painting techniques, tips and tricks, woven together from over 20 years of personal painting experience, with personal stories and painting demos to help you unlock a new rhythm of working intuitively to allow space for your own transformation. We based this book on our beloved year long online course of the same name, in which we dive deeply into a different painting topic every month. Inside these pages, you'll discover that we've developed each month's topic into twelve rich areas of focus as you learn to see your world through paint and to experience deeper self-exploration.
