To pay in full for a single private room, your payment of $5,400 is due at registration checkout now.
Payment by Installment:
If you are paying by installment, your non-refundable booking deposit of $2000 is due now at registration checkout. Your first and final installment payment will be automatically charged to your payment method on October 15, 2026 in the amount of $3400. All participants must pay their balance in full by October 15, 2026.
Note: due to retreat planning and logistics ALL DEPOSITS AND FULL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes all funds paid, including the deposit and balance installments.
The retreat price includes everything described in the retreat package. Lodging, meals listed, activities, transportation, and participation in the retreat.
